Manual Paper cutters, otherwise known as guillotine paper cutters and trimmers, are designed to cut moderate to large volumes of paper. Your accuracy will increase while the amount of time spent cutting decreases with a high-end guillotine cutter. Paper is positioned on the cutter and secured into place. Manually pull the handle down to cut through the paper, making precise, clean cuts. Some manual cutters can cut up to 800 sheets of paper at a time.
