The MiniPack MV52DV VacSmart Double Chamber Vacuum Sealer is a stainless steel, floor model, chamber vacuum sealer. The MV52DV has two pop-out seal bars on each chamber, left and right, that are 21" long and 16" apart. The MV52DV has a 4 mm seal width with a waffle pattern. This sealer can perform up to 3 cycles per minute and uses a Busch R5 oil rotary pump. The water resistant LED display is clear and easy to read, and there are 9 customizable seal programs available. The sealing time and vacuum time are both programmable.

This VacSmart version of the MV52DV is a more robust sealer. It includes a tray for liquid and gentle air return for no extra purchase, as well as an e-HACCP plan, e-SOP/CCP log, operator/manager passcode, product group and items, and cleaning and sanitizing alerts.

All MiniPack machines are produced built to order, so expect a 6 - 12 week lead time depending on parts availability and size of machine.
