The MiniPack Mail Bagger Vertical Mail Wrapping System is a reasonably sized mail bagger for products up to 12" x 10" in size. It utilizes PE or LDPE film up to 200 gauge, 22" thickness, and 10" diameter. It can wrap 10 - 20 items per minute, depending on product, film, and operator speed. Thicker gauge film will slow the process down. A gauge of 150 is the maximum suggested thickness for ideal machine efficiency.

The Mail Bagger is an impulse sealer with electronic temperature control and programmable sealing blade pre-heating and sealing time. It has an auto-stop for safety and product ejector for ease of use. Like most Minipack machines, it has easy front access for servicing, as well as a set of error codes. Digital controls and up to 10 customizable programs make the Mail Bagger perfect for any kind of operator and mailing needs.
