The Akiles FlexiCloser 2 Electric Wire Binding Module is an exciting replacement for the discontinued FlexiCloser! The new FlexiCloser 2 has been re-built for speed and durability. The new, long-lasting heavy duty motor closes 3:1 or 2:1 wire twice as fast compared to the original FlexiCloser. The FlexiCloser 2 features a magnetic back to align and hold the wire in place during closing; with a push of a button, the Smart Detect System automatically detects wire size to close the wire the correct amount. The LCD display and Micro-Adjust keypad guarantees a perfect closure with all wire types and brands. All wire pitches, in diameters up to 1.5" and lengths up to 12.5", are compatible with the FlexiCloser 2. A safety sensor is built in to prevent injury. Also included is an optional mount to allow the FlexiCloser 2 to be mounted on top of a FlexiPunch (Manual or Electric), creating a full binding system in one small footprint.
