All Dynafold Paper Folders have a one (1) year limited warranty, excluding wearable parts. All Dynafold replacement parts have a one (1) year warranty, excluding wearable parts. Dynafold USA, Inc. agrees to repair or replace at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there is no evidence of abuse.
Wearable items are not covered under this warranty. Wearable items include staple heads, rubber rollers, belts, feed tires, separator pads, fuses, and clutches.
All Dynafold Machines covered under this warranty must be returned to Dynafold USA, Inc. in original packing, and in good condition, with shipping insurance to cover any shipping damages.
Written or oral notice of the defective product must be received by Dynafold before any warranty returns are accepted.
