PS Mailers Product Warranty



PSM1800, PSM3000, PSM3000C, PSM5000, PSM7000, and PSM10K feature a 6 month warranty on small parts and labor; the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the machine to the depot in Dayton, OH. Service is performed within 1 to 2 business days; upon completion, Dayton facility is responsible for UPS Ground shipping back to the customer.

PSM6500 and PSM6400-4 feature a 3 month warranty on small parts and labor; the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the machine to the depot in Dayton, OH. Service is performed within 1 to 2 business days; upon completion, Dayton facility is responsible for UPS Ground shipping back to the customer.

1 year DEPOT (extended warranty) and 1 year ON-SITE maintenance agreements are available.

DEPOT
Small parts and labor covered under depot service. Service is performed within 1 to 2 business days.

FREIGHT
Customer responsible for freight to Dayton, OH facility; Dayton facility responsible for freight back to customer (UPS ground only). Faster shipment is responsibility of customer.

LOANER
If loaner is required, Dayton facility will provide units; however, shipping charges are the responsibility of customer.

ON-SITE
INITIAL CONTACT: Customer calls 800-504-4102 service line; service team evaluates the unit, if unit cannot be repaired over the phone, then on-site technician is contacted for service.

ON-SITE TECHNICIAN calls and schedules appointment for next business day
