High Security Shredders: Intimus warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use; two years parts and 90 days labor
Industrial, PacMate, PacMaster Shredders: Intimus warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use; two years parts and 90 days labor

Personal Shredders: Limited lifetime warranty on fracture of Cutting Cylinders
Commercial Crosscut and Particle Cut Shredders: Limited lifetime warranty on fracture of Cutting Cylinders
High Security Crosscut Shredders: One year on fracture of Cutting Cylinders
Industrial, PacMate, PacMaster Shredders: Three years on fracture of Cutting Cylinders
This warranty is void if repairs are necessitated by accident, misuse, abuse, water damage or fire. Particle Cut, Crosscut and High Security Crosscut shredders require lubrications and reversing as directed in the Operator Manual. Failure to lubricate, any alterations or modifications will void the warranty. Repairs must be performed by an authorized technician.
