The Tennsco 6-Shelf Closed Fixed Shelf Lateral File allows the storage of the maximum amount of files in the minimum amount of floor space. Retractable spring-assisted doors enclose files, keeping them securely protected and confidential; all doors are locked and secured with a single key. When open, they slide back into the unit, keeping the aisle in front of the unit clear. The unit comes with 4 dividers for each of the 6 shelves to organize files and keep them upright when shelves are partially filled. Additional dividers are sold separately. The front of each unit has adjustable levelers and glides to ensure sturdiness, even on warped or uneven floors. All shelves will accommodate either letter or legal sized files, thanks to a filing rod that pushes smaller folders forward for easier access. Tennsco's Fixed Shelf Lateral Files are painted with a durable powder coat finish in your choice of colors to coordinate with any office environment: Black, Light Grey, Putty, or Sand.
