The MiniPack Twin Tunnel 50GT Shrink Wrap Tunnel System is fully integrated with a Schneider Electric control logic panel, allowing the operator to check any aspect of retraction all from the touchscreen interface. They are particularly designed for perfect integration with the Minipack MPE series.

The Twin Tunnel 50GT has an inlet of 15.75" W x 7.5" H, tunnel length of 44.75", and is compatible with all shrink film types. The PLC Schneider control logic offers 9 customizable programs, increased to 256 if connected to one of the MPE series. The 4.3" color touchscreen, internal lighting, and transparent glass control window allow for the operator to confidently oversee every part of the shrink packaging. The adjustable air flow, auto-off program, and automatic cool down make the tunnel efficient and safe to use.

The Twin Tunnel 50 is also available two basic models without the integrated control system: a steel and baked enamel model constructed of with a mix of steel and baked enamel and a Stainless Steel model constructed entirely of steel.

All MiniPack machines are produced built to order, so expect a 6 - 12 week lead time depending on parts availability and size of machine.
