The MiniPack MV31X VacSmart Tabletop Chamber Vacuum Sealer is a stainless steel chamber vacuum sealer fit to sit on a table, though it weighs on the heavier end, shipping at 102 pounds. The MV31X has one pop-out seal bar, 12.25" long, located on the front of the sealer. The MV31X has a 4 mm seal width with a waffle pattern. This sealer can perform up to 3 cycles per minute and uses a Busch oil rotary pump. The water resistant LED display is clear and easy to read, and there are 9 customizable seal programs available. The sealing time and vacuum time are both programmable. This little unit will suit any low to medium usage needs.

This VacSmart version of the MV31X is a more robust sealer. It includes a tray for liquid and gentle air return for no extra pucrchase, as well as an e-HACCP plan, e-SOP/CCP log, operator/manager passcode, product group and items, and cleaning and sanitizing alerts.
