The MiniPack MV1100-FB VacSmart Double Chamber Vacuum Sealer is a large, stainless steel double chamber vacuum sealer with a horizontal, swing-style lid. The MV1100 has two lid mounted seal bars on each chamber that are 43.25" long and 28.75" apart in the front and back orientation. The MV1100-LR VacSmart is available as a left and right configuration where the seal bars are 33.5" long and 39.5" apart. The MV1100 has the capability of pouch ballooning as well. This sealer can perform up to 3 cycles per minute and uses a Busch R5 oil rotary pump. The water resistant LCD display is clear and easy to read, and there are 9 customizable seal programs available. The sealing time is programmable.

This VacSmart version of the MV1100-FB is a more robust sealer. It comes with an e-HACCP plan, e-SOP/CCP log, operator/manager passcode, product group and items, and cleaning and sanitizing alerts.

All MiniPack machines are produced built to order, so expect a 6 - 12 week lead time depending on parts availability and size of machine.
