The MiniPack Stainless Steel 56 MPE X2 Automatic Shrink Wrapper is a double-hatch, constant heat, L-bar sealer wrapping machine that's a part of a line of high-tech, automatic wrapping machines designed and manufactured entirely in Italy. Reliability, versatility, productivity, safety, intuitive management, elegant and functional design all describe the MPE line. A new approach to shrink wrapping, the MPE combines speed, accuracy, and versatility of packaging and is suitable for any type of product and product requirements. The control panel on the 180° rotating arm to the pull-out roll drawer and illuminated work area to the double doors are all designed to improve the quality of finished work. The MPE machines consume about 30% less power than the industry standard.
The Stainless Steel 56 MPE is constructed with stainless steel. It is capable of wrapping 30 - 50 items/min depending on operator speed. Maximum product dimensions are 21.75" L x 9.45" H. It can use any film type up to a 28" W x 12" diameter size.
Simple and intuitive graphic touch panels enable the operator to control the process with one finger. To enter the product parameters, set one of the unlimited programs stored by the user, upload, download, and transfer data via the integrated Ethernet and USB ports. Problems are solved autonomously thanks to troubleshooting or via the internet with the remote support box.
The MPE is equipped with a Brushless motor that allows for faster movement of the sealing bar and a pressure that is 2 - 3 times higher than pneumatic models, with a movement time of less than a second. The versatility of the shrink wrap packaging enables a range of products in different
shapes and sizes to be packed quickly, economically and safely. The Stainless Steel MPE is primarily intended for use in labs, to package foods, and to package pharmaceuticals.
Thanks to its PLC management system and its various motorized adjustment functions, the
MPE can regulate itself based on the size of the product to be packaged (except for width). Based on set parameters (bar height, triangle height, centering of the seal, a choice of horizontal or vertical sensors, belt speed), the 56 MPE has the ability to adapt to products of various sizes.
The 56 MPE is also available in a Gray model constructed of steel and baked enamel.
All MiniPack machines are produced built to order, so expect a 6 - 12 week lead time depending on parts availability and size of machine.
