Founded in 1995 in Rio Rancho, NM, Factory Express has been in business for over 24 years providing office products, office equipment, and supplies to local customers in New Mexico as well as both national and international customers. Factory Express was previously a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and helped more than 60,000 businesses, government entities, military installations, and Fortune 500 companies with meeting their office equipment, data destruction, and business machine requirements. Factory Express and Government Agencies
In 2009, we were awarded 2 contracts with Sandia National Laboratories for print shops, supplies and service. We also hold a contract with the Air Force Research Laboratories at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB) for high security shredder machines and service. At the same AFB location, we hold a contract with Chugach Management Services for providing office supplies and equipment. Since 2000, we have been listed as an authorized vendor of paper shredders for the State of New Mexico, and we provide printing equipment and service to its Purchasing Division. We hold a sales and service contract for printing supplies with Los Alamos Laboratory print facility. In 2011, we were awarded a GSA Schedule 75 contract for office machines and supplies (Contract # GS-02F-0227X) for our line of Kobra shredders and supplies, one of our quality brands of high security shredding and energy-saving machines. Factory Express and the Private Sector We have also developed strong relationships with the private sector; we have provided office supplies and equipment to major companies such as 3M, Honeywell, Intel, BASF, and many others. In 2007, we got a 3 million paper shredder rollout schedule with the entire Wal-Mart store division to provide 3,000 GBC 6550X shredders to different store locations nationwide. Moreover, since 2005, we have been the primary vendor to all 4000 UPS stores nationwide providing office and printing supplies, paper, and equipment. See our list of customers here.
