Pyramid Attendance Cards for 2600, 6200, & 6400 (1000/Box) are two-sided time cards for Pyramid 2600, 2650, 2650Pro, 6200, and 6400 Time Clocks. Side A includes days 1-15; Side B includes days 16-31. Data fields include: Number, Period, Name, Regular Hours, Rate, Amount, Overtime Hours, Rate, Amount, Deductions, Actual Pay, Pay Date, Employee Signature, Supervisor Approval, and six columns for three IN/OUT Punch cycles with Total Column. Notched bottom design enables time clock to detect correct side of time card. These cards are made of heavy duty card stock and printed in the USA.
