The Fastbind Casematic H32 Pro assists in producing tailor-made cases and hard covers in the format of your choice. Design the cover of your choice using a printable tacking sheet. The H32 Pro will assist in precise placement of chipboard and spine. Once the boards and spines are attached, folding the edges is a breeze with the integrated edge-wrapper.

  • Assists in making hard covers with a finished, closed size up to 13" x 13"
  • Adjustable folding unit for different board thicknesses
  • Very easy to use. Place a pre-designed tacking sheet on the suction-assisted, light-up table. Registration marks and center line ensure accurate placement. The spine guide will ensure accurate placement of spines and chipboard for front and back covers. Insert paper slips into the gaps between boards and spine. Trim the tacking sheet corners with scissors or optional corner cutter. Easily fold the edges with the integrated edge wrapper.
  • Edge wrapper is adjustable for different board thicknesses. If you're new to hard cover making, 90 point is a popular choice for most applications.
  • Optional Accessories (Buy with machine to save!):
    • Corner Cutter: Quickly lines up and cuts cover corner at precise angle and distance.
    • Back/Side Guides: Help positioning and registration of opaque or solid covers (leather, canvas, etc), which table light will not shine through
    • Quick Change Spacers: Create bigger gaps between boards and spine. Default gap setting on the H32 is 8mm, which is standard for most books. For oversized books or photobooks, a larger gap may be needed.
