Eliminate buddy punching and automate employee time and attendance processing with the TimeTrax™ Elite Biometric Time Clock System. This clock scans employee's fingers and uses biometrics to instantly identify employees and record punches. The keypad enables optional supervisor-approved pin number entry. The TimeTrax Elite can manage weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay periods. This system lets you edit employee time cards and run reports, including: Payroll, Time Card, Attendance, Punch, Detailed Payroll, Card, Card Comprehensive, Employee Card, Employee Contact, and Employee Seniority reports. It also automatically calculates employee hours, overtime, and holiday hours. The Elite creates export files for most major payroll providers, including: ADP®, Fidelity®, Heartland®, PayChex Preview®, PayChoice®, and ProData Evolution® and directly syncs with Quickbooks®. This system is simple to set up and easy to expand with employee upgrade packages and/or TTELITEET Add-On Time Clock Terminals.
The TimeTrax Elite Ethernet System comes with TTELITEET Biometric Time Clock Terminal, TimeTrax™ time and attendance software with 50-base employee capability, cables, power supply, and a quick start guide.
