The Semacon S-1215 UV Currency Counter is a bank grade counter suitable for high volume environments; banks, credit unions, casinos, large retail locations, or any other business or organization with high volume cash counting needs would benefit from this machine. A 10 digit keypad allows operators to set counting batches, and additional buttons for commonly used features create an intuitive, user-friendly interface. SmartFeed Advanced Banknote Feed System Technology and variable speed counting (800/1200/1600 bills per minute) enables the S-1215 to count bills in all conditions, from brand new to very worn. The slowest speed also allows operators to spot out of place denominations, while the fastest maximizes efficiency. SmartCount banknote screening system analyzes each note for all possible feeding errors to provide accurate counts. The S-1215 features the SmartDetect Advanced Counterfeit Detection System to pinpoint suspect bills using ultraviolet (UV) detection for banknote paper properties.
