Return / Exchange Request
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase that you make on an Factory Express * website. We
know how frustrating it can be when the product that you ordered arrives damaged or just isn’t what you
expected. If you would like to exchange or return a product please take a couple of minutes to
review our complete return policy.
To make a return or exchange you must submit an official request. If we authorize the request, we will provide
you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as packing and shipping instructions. Please
do not return any merchandise without a company issued RMA number.
